Moms, we see you! Engorgement can be uncomfortable, but lymphatic massage might just be the relief you need. Here’s how it can help:

✅ Reduces Swelling: Gently stimulates the lymphatic system to help reduce breast swelling.
✅ Promotes Circulation: Encourages better blood flow, making breastfeeding easier.
✅ Relieves Discomfort: Helps ease the pain of fullness and tenderness.
✅ Improves Milk Flow: Can encourage a smoother, more efficient milk flow.

How to Do It:

1️⃣ Start Gently: Use soft, circular motions with your fingers to massage around your breast, working from the outer edges toward the nipple.
2️⃣ Move Toward the Armpit: This area has lymph nodes that help drain excess fluid.
3️⃣ Focus on Comfort: Don’t apply too much pressure. The goal is gentle, soothing relief.
4️⃣ Repeat as Needed: Do this a few times a day to help prevent or relieve engorgement.

🌬️✨ How to Use a Spacer with Your Inhaler! ✨🌬️

Did you know using a spacer with your inhaler can make medication delivery easier and more effective? Here’s how to do it right! 🙌

1️⃣ Shake the Inhaler: Give your inhaler a good shake before use. This ensures the medicine is mixed well.
2️⃣ Attach the Spacer: Pop the inhaler into the spacer’s mouthpiece.
3️⃣ Take a Deep Breath: Breathe out fully to empty your lungs.
4️⃣ Inhale Slowly: Put the spacer to your mouth, press the inhaler, and take a slow, deep breath in.
5️⃣ Hold Your Breath: Hold your breath for 10 seconds to make sure the medicine reaches your lungs.
6️⃣ Repeat if Needed: If you need more doses, wait 30 seconds, then repeat the process.

🎉 That’s it! Using a spacer helps make sure you’re getting the full benefit of your inhaler!
